In our calm and safe residential homes and supported living, we believe in Evidence Based Practice.
Service Users with mental health support needs benefit from high quality settings with staff that understand mental health conditions through expert interventions in supportive and rehabilitative environments that enable them to achieve positive outcomes. We also provide a specialist service to our forensic and complex care clients.
Residents with Learning Disabilities, Behaviours that Challenge, Mental Health needs, and autism will benefit from an approach that uses Active Support, Person Centred Planning and Positive Behavioural Support to empower our service users to be in control, make decisions and achieve what is important for them.
The Group also has a domiciliary care agency where it provides personal care and support into our independent living schemes or to people in the comfort of their own home.
LHCC Group also ventures in Real Estate where most of the properties acquired, are fully refurbished and then either sold separately to generate income or modelled to be used within our care portfolios.
During the COVID-19 Pandemic, LHCC Group opened up Leyton House Foundation to provide relief and support to people affected by mental illnesses, poverty, financial hardship, physical disabilities, promoting social inclusions in the United Kingdom and other countries.
