We develop pathways for individuals and colleagues by working together, enabling them to achieve positive outcomes. Similarly, we also include families and professionals, so they are always fully involved in the client’s progression while they are within our care.

We work with individuals with learning disabilities using active support, person centred planning (PCP) and positive behavioural support (PBS).

Through the application of the Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) approach and our tailored care / support plan, all users are individually assessed and empowered to develop their potential and lead independent lives in the community.

We empower individuals to make decisions and achieve fulfilling and rewarding lives. We take the same collaborative approach with staff and are constantly striving to empower them in their career path.
